Default Sauna is good for your skin

I like relaxing in sauna so my advice is to try it for everyone! Benefits of sauna are really good: it strenghtens your immune system, improves blood circulation, helps to relax. And the main thing: it deeply cleansens your skin and rejuvenates it! So why not to go to sauna? It can even be a good way to spend your time with friends and take care of your health and skin at the same moment!

Forget to mention: there are many "home saunas" which you can bring with yourself almost anywhere. The main thing in sauna is infrared rays. And nowadays it's easy to create such device. That's how you get any mini sauna.
But real sauna is more fun. And I think that it is more effective.

I agree with you , I have tried it once and it really works. In Sauna you will perspire a lot because there, it eliminates all dead skin cells and it helps to lose those extra fats of yours.

I agree with everyone who says that sauna is good for our skin. I really want go there, but problem is it`s too far from my place. I should travel for 90 minutes to stay in first sauna. That`s one and only problem...

You said about perspiration. Now I have remembered that after sauna I like to jump into pool with cold water.
Is it good or do I need to wash myself with warm water?

After sauna it`s good to jump into cold water. Cold water will restore your body temperature to normal.
