You can apply lemon juice on affected area. Also Drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day and have a healthy diet to get rid of dark spots.

The main cause of dark spots is sunlight exposure. I think you should go with natural remedy. Apply paste of turmeric paste and orange juice on the affected area for 20 minutes and than wash off with cold water. You can also apply lemon juice to remove dark spots. It is also good remedy to treat dark spots.

Trying remedies at home would help to fade them away. You can use yogurt, lemon juice, etc.
