I get a gift from my friend, which is *** CODE *** All-star Oxygen Eye Cream, just wondering if it can be used around the eyes and if you have or should wear a moisturizer over it.

I use *** CODE *** All-star Oxygen Eye Cream after eye serum, it works great to me. Just dab a small amount (like a grain of rice) onto the under eye area. Use your ring fingers to apply it with sweeping movements softly from the end of eyes, and then press gently underneath the eye. It's worthy. Keep doing this routine patiently you can see huge changes under your eyes.
