    "Red wine for longevity and health", as been proved to have antioxidant property. how many of you have really started drinking a glass of wine per day.

    Yea i also heard that, but in our society drinking alcohol is considered as bad so can't drink openly. I do sometimes drink wine with my friends.

    Red wine does have antioxidant properties but I think you would get the same benefit from just eating or processing the grapes. A lot healthier too.

    i agree with y34963, thats the excuse for wine drinkers. Why must we drink wine when we can get same benefit from grapes. I love grapes but they are costly haha..
