Bumps on penis

I recently noticed two different types of bumps on my penis. One is flesh colored and located on the top of my shaft. It appears to be raised slightly. The other has the consistency of a hard knot inside the skin. It is located on the inside of my foreskin. It is white in color and can be seen best when I turn the skin inside out. Neither of them have itched until recently when the one inside my foreskin began to itch occasionally.
