Default This has ruined my life

I have this problem for 6 years, I don't know what to do anymore! I've been to all kind of doctors even from other countries. I've tried all sort of diets, meds, creams and nothing helps. This usually happens when I am stressed or sweat. They can appear and dissapear randomly. For example this summer I went to the beach and had nothing! But if I want to go out in town in 5 minutes I get all itchy and burst into red spots that last around 1 hour

Did you go to the doctors? It is definitely an allergy, you should visit doctor asap.
