Thanks for this. How about vitamins? Do you take any? I just feel that us, women, forget to take care of ourselves, and somehow it affects our marriage. I'm not saying it should, and it's definitely not our fault, but I've come to thinking taking care of ourselves won't hurt.
I take Vitamin C and make sure I get enough sleep and do some exercise to start my day.
