Great skin after 10 years of marriage

Married women, especially with kids, have less time taking care of themselves. Is it possible to still have a glowing skin after more than a decade of being selfless? If so, what are the secrets to achieving this?

I also don't have time but I make sure that I wash my face and moisturize every day to have good skin. Drinking lots of water and eating healthy foods especially fruits and veggies will keep your skin glowing.

Thanks for this. How about vitamins? Do you take any? I just feel that us, women, forget to take care of ourselves, and somehow it affects our marriage. I'm not saying it should, and it's definitely not our fault, but I've come to thinking taking care of ourselves won't hurt.

I take Vitamin C and make sure I get enough sleep and do some exercise to start my day.

That's nice! What I make sure of doing even if we don't go out of the house is to get online counseling regularly from ReGain therapists. I feel like that's important to keep me and my partner on the same page all the time too.
