Studies show that people who sleep between 7 hr. and 7.5 hr. a night, as they report, live the longest. And people who sleep 8.5 hr. or more, or less than 6. hr., they don't live quite as long.

I try to sleep for at least 6 hours, but it's not enough for me. I have a small child and he is very restless and doesn't sleep well. My doctor even prescribed me pills for lack of sleep. I'm taking it now. It helps me not to go crazy and act effectively. I try to sleep during the day, but this is not enough. My husband works a lot and can't help me with this.

Recently, I began to sleep even worse. Now I sleep 5-6 hours a day. It's very stuffy at home, it's hard for me to fall asleep. How do you cope with the stuffy and hot in the bedroom?

I sleep for 8 hours every day. It took me a long time to set up a daily routine, but it was worth it. If the heat prevents you from sleeping, you can use a fan. There is a view of different models, all these fans have advantages and disadvantages, but you can choose the one you need. It's cheaper than air conditioning, doesn't require complicated installation and such fans create white noise, which helps to relax and fall asleep.
