You may want to place used green or black tea bags over your eyes daily for 15 minutes

Get more sleep, drink plenty of water, try to reduce stress as much as possible, eat a healthy diet.

You should see some improvement with time.

The use of multivitamin is very important in our daily routine. I recommend everyone to use B-vitamins, iron, and Vitamin E multivitamin. Your dark circles will disappear after just a few days with a vitamin E boost.

Drinking a lot of water and a good undisturbed sleep is good thing to our body and it’s essential. In some cases this strategy works as to reduce the dark circles under the eye area but it is not always. You should have to good diet with rich vitamin C, fresh food and fruits also. Live stress free.

I have dark circles as well especially on my eyelids, though they come and go with enough sleep, and a good facial mask here and there to freshen up. Try this — honey, cinnamon and nutmeg facial or even the yogurt and mashed strawberries. My friend does it and says it has her looking better than ever. Also, put a spoon in a freezer for fifteen minutes and keep it on your dark circles until its no longer cold, or cucumbers/potatoes.
