Dark circles under the eyes tend to age your appearance more than wrinkles or grey hair.
However, you can still minimize the appearance of dark circles under your eyes and in some cases remove them completely. Here's how.
Get plenty of sleep nightly. It’s not entirely clear why inadequate sleep results in dark circles under the eyes
Treat the allergy or remove the allergen. Seasonal allergy problems
Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water.
    hope this help.

    Here are the solutions-
-Mix fresh potato juice and cucumber juice in equal amounts. Soak some cotton in the above mixture and put on your eyelids for 20 minutes. Wash off with cold water.
-Cut a cucumber in thin slices and apply on top of each eye for 20 minutes. This will drain the stress from the eyes and cool it down.
-Tea bags are found to be very effective as far as curing dark circles is concerned. A cold tea bag should be placed on the top of each eye for 20 minutes everyday.
-One can use rose water or almond oil for massaging the under eyes dark circle, to get rid of them.
Gently press the mount below the index finger of your palm. This will enhance eye sight and also remove dark circles.
-Grind nutmeg with milk and make a paste. Apply this paste on the dark circles. This will work very well and remove the dark circles.
-Crush some mint leaves and apply its juice under the eyes.
-For people having dark circles an 8 hour sleep is a must. At the same time one should drink plenty of water.
-Make a paste blending tomatoes and lemon juice in equal amounts. Add a pinch of gram flour and turmeric powder and apply the paste and leave it for 15 minutes. This will do wonders in curing dark circles.

What appear to be under-eye circles are sometimes just shadows cast by puffy eyelids or hollows under your eyes that develop as a normal part of aging.

Common causes of under-eye circles are allergies, dermatitis, heredity, congestion, pigmentation irregularities, illness, rubbing your eyes (this is a really bad habit to start as it also causes fine lines and wrinkles ) thinning skin, loss of fat and collagen can cause reddish blue blood vessels under your eyes appear more obvious.

Diet plays a role as well as not drinking enough water but I would think if a person was malnuturished other problems would be more of a concern than dark eye circles.

I believe the only way to have them not show so much is to use a cover up for the dark circles. I would be happy to know if someone actually used a product that took them away.

As for puffy eyes, get more sleep and exercise, use cucumber slices and/or potatoe slices and again drink your water.
i agree with all of the above and one more suggestion; try and sleep with your head a bit elevated. this will prevent fluids from accumilating in the gentle tissues of the delicate eye area. And stay away from salt and red wine. these foods can also cause puffiness.
