    Aw. I don't do all of these.

    1)Exercise your eyes:- Give Regular exercise to your eyes when you sit in front of the computer.
    2)Look Away:-After 20 min. of work, look 20 feet away from the computer screen and blink 20 times.
    3)Lubricate your eyes:-use Lubricating eye drops in both the eyes before every session on the computer.
    5)Maintain Distance:- Keep distance from the computer screen.

    Hello abhinav, Thanks for providing great information and i think we on computers for around 5 hours and than we should do some exercise for providing relax to our eyes.Thanks once again

    One more tip for computers addicted ones: go to the ophthalmologist and ask for antireflex glases.
    Do you know what seborrheic keratosis is?

    Great tips... I always reduce the brightness of the screen when using the computer so my eyes wouldn't get strained.
