    Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
    Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats.
    Don't smoke.
    Take juices,
    Plenty of water.
    Fresh fruits and vegetables to keep skin healthy.

    washing your face 3 times a day would be too much!and soap alone wont help much,i have suffered for over 30 yrs and finally figured it out,a good regime with good products should help you out,add me as a friend on fb"acnefreeme knowhowtocontrolacne" and learn from my pages all the information you need

    Take honey and then mix matcha powdered green tea and 1 tsp of fresh water, egg white and red wine mix them until this become a smooth cream apply this mixture on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes then wash it with luke warm water dry your skin and apply moisturizer.

    Hi there! To protect your skin from sun always wear sunscreen!! The higher the SPF the better. A good rule of thumb is the older you are the higher the SPF. For dust and impurities, you should wash your face every morning and night. Don't use soap, use a facial cleanser and don't forget your moisturizer. Your skin needs to be deep cleansed, protected and preserved.

    For making your skin ever green.
    1) Drink lots of water.
    2) Eat healthy food and lots of vegetables and fruits.
    3) Do yoga according to your body.
    4) Last but not the least try to keep yourself happy and stress free.
