    So many good suggestions. I find that exercise is one of the hard ones, but one htat really pays off. Plus it makes you feel good.

    Exercising is actually not just for good health but it also gives me some time to spent on myself. I really feel that something is missing on the days when I cannot exercise. I have been really into exercising for quite some time and feel that nothing makes me feel so good than the 45 minutes to an hour of time I spend exercising.

    Yes dear i totally agree with you.Beacuse i have suffered alott coz of my carelessness.The products says that its natural but its actually not.The buyers must beware of these typr of ditchy products in the market.

    You might want to save up some money to invest in better cleanser. Clinique is an excellent brand. Foundation in general is not very good for your skin and can make acne worse, so you want to invest in a better brand as well. Clinique actually makes an acne foundation as well. Do not wash too much, only once a day is necessary. Invest in a moisturizer as well that is gentle and alcohol free. Never touch your skin unless you wash your hands first, and consider buying one of those tools to remove blackheads.

    You should wash your face twice a day. In the evening before bed and in the morning when you awake.

    I almost forgot - this is great list. I wrote a similar StreetArticles entry a while back to outline some areas that people often overlook when it comes to skin care. It was titled "What are you forgetting about skin care" - just Google for it and you'll find it easily.

    The key message is that it is not all about products and spending, but is about an overall program including diet, exercise, clothes, attitude ... Throwing money at a problem is not always the best solution.

    Nice to see someone stressing diet, sleep and other internal factors, putting creams with vitamin A and E on your face rarely does anything if your diet is a bad one or if you have bad habits.To the above list I would also add do not smoke and if you do - quit

    Use products and medicines for skin according to your skin need, means if your skin is oily or dry check this from doctor first and then use by the recommend of your doctor.

    It is good to use the product according to your skin need, but i think we our self are able to know our skin type.
