Lots of good info here. It all starts from within. Easy on the fruit juice mind (125ml a day is enough), too much will give you a sugar spike.

Also your skin care regime is important. Keep it simple.

1.The most basic form of pimple prevention is hygiene and preventive skin care. Regular washing of the affected areas with mild soap is a must. The soap need not necessarily contain any chemicals designed to prevent pimples .However, face washing should not be overdone or the skin will become dehydrated .
2.Care should be taken on makeup, moisturizers and other skin care products. If these products are oil based,it would just make the problem worse. Use water based products instead.
3.Generally we rub, press or squeeze our pimples.Donít when we do this,we risk spreading the bacteria to other areas.
4.Lemon juice diluted in water can be applied externally because of its antiseptic
    quality.
5.Tea Tree oil can also be applied directly to infected pores.
6.Vitamin A tablets are also a natural and effective cure. Vitamin A promotes healthy skin.
7.Before bathing, apply a mixture of fresh tomato pulp, honey and rose-water to your face and keep for twenty minutes before washing off.

Yes, I agree with your points that you mentioned, the best natural way to cure Acne is eat vegetables and fruits with large amount of water such as watermelon, papaya, apply lemon juice on surface of Acne and apply sliced potato on the skin, use ice if you are suffering from inflammation, go for regular exercise, take enough sleep in the night and avoid sleeping in the afternoon, try to take a bath with cool water and if Acne go to very critical state then go for doctor's advice.

Neutrogena rapid clear acne gel - lots of people are recommend this product but I personally never tried it.
I used to use Benzoyl Peroxide 5% but it may dries your skin at first and cause your face to become really red. But after a few months use, my pimples starting to clear. If you have sensitive skin, this product might be too strong for you and make your acne worse
Actually, you can't really expect acne to go away really fast. It's like a gradual process so all you can do now is clean , tone and moisturise your face. Go on a healthy diet as well, eat more fruit and veggies and drink lots of water.

    I think!
    Steroid causes acne!
Green tea is also beneficial ,avoid fast food and oily food because oily food causes acne. Fruit juice is best for acne treatment.

Default The Best way to cure acne

People tend to use to use harsh cleanser to treat acne problems. However, these harsh cleansers may contain alcohol and chemicals .They may effectively wash off sebum and dirt but encourage more sebum on the skin surface. The best approach is to use essential oils. You may add a few drops to your light moisturizer and apply. Only select that essential oil with antiseptic qualities. They may include lavender, sandalwood, tea tree, grapefruit, lemon and many others. Lavender oil is one of the best essential oil to treat acne. Lemon oil quickly clears up the current acne and remove blemishes .Even in small concentration they will provide medicinal advantages over acne breakouts.
