    Default Tooth Whitening Suggestions

I have always wanted to try those tooth whitening strips, but I am worried about any adverse effects.
Has anyone ever used it that can recommend a brand that actually works?
    Thank you!

Hey; I cant speak for strips but i would suggest getting tooth whitening kit. U get a moulding done of your teeth, u use this molded mouth guard with a bit of solution for 1 hour a day and after 2-4 weeks your teeth are literally bright white. I got mine in thailand for 150 usd, u should look into it some time good luck

Many options you have to whiten your teeth, these involves whitening toothpastes, strips, gels, whitening rinses and other remedies.

baking soda could be used to whiten teeth in just few minutes. All you need is to apply baking soda on wet toothbrush and brushing atleast for three minutes. But be aware of the overuse as it could effect the protective enamel on our teeth. Hydrogen peroxide and Strawberries can also prove good for whitening teeth.

As like baking soda you can also use salt instead of it on a wet toothpaste which will give you instant white teeth.

I tried using baking soda but I never see any change in the color of my teeth. I don't know how long should I brush my teeth with baking soda for me to see a difference.

I made a thread about this a few months ago too. They do work and are definitely worth the money. But as people said, white teeth doesn't always correlate to healthier teeth. Make sure you brush twice and floss once a day.
