    Foot ball
    Tennis
    Base ball
    Hockey
    Swimming
    Running
    Cycling these are my favorite sports and i like it. But these are best exercise for our body.
    So play it and remain fit.

    The best exercise to do is non contact and non impact. Long term injuries occur when minor injuries are not given time to heal or intense exercise/sport is done too soon after a long rest period.
    Continuous but gentle exercise, like walking, is far better in the long run for maintaining a healthy body.

    I agree Pepsimax. Walking is one of the best for maintaining a healthy body. The best exercise is what you like doing though. If you like it you will keep doing it.

    any exercise is good. but you have to keep doing it. get into the habit and don't break it. i did and i gained so much weight. you have to keep on even keel. be constant about what you do. not obsessive but constant. if you can't exercise every day than do it every other day. i am now paying for my lack of exercise. don't be like me.

    The best all around exercise is probably yoga.

    yoga is good not only for your body but your mind. it can relieve stress and strengthen muscles. yes i agree yoga is a good excercise.

    Hi friends,
    There are so many sports but the best sports and exercise is for our health and fitness is.
    Football
    Badminton
    Cricket and this type of games are make us healthy and also used as an exercise for us.

    Cricket and football are my favorite sports. Football involves more sprint like running so it is very useful to burn fat from our body. I also run daily to improve my stamina. Fixed bike is also good to improve stamina for play field. For sports fitness coach is a favorable choice.

    As people including me know that sports and exercises have significant role in mushroom growth of our body and health , So they are like to play sports and get exercises of different sorts . Fitness and strength is also based on physical activity . I also like some sports and exercise such as Football, basketball , running, Swimming and consider them best for wellness . What do you say about them ?.
