    The milk and sugar in coffee cause acne and it dehydrates the body lead to premature skin aging and wrinkling. So quit it for maintaining the healthy looking skin.

    I think too much consumption of anything will have drastic effects. caffeine, the main ingredient of coffee, has mood enhancing properties which will lets yoi feel fresh. But apart from that this can be the reason of the worsening of acne too as it consist of the various antioxidants.

    Its a very interesting topic...I like taking coffee. There are no side effects of taking coffee on your skin.
