    Well there is no life without water. Over two third of earth is covered by water, and supports life of water plants and animals. The farmers always stay their eyes, when the rain will come for farming. One must have visualize, the density of living matter and green around you grow during rainy season.

    Water can be used as a good natural weight loss supplement. You can burn your body fat only with water if you strictly follow the timing.
    Drink 2-3 glasses of water early in the morning after getting up from bed because after a long sleep your body need more water.
    Don't drink water after a meal in any case, no exception, but must drink before meal or during meal.
    Drink 1 glass of water when going to sleep at night.

    Water has own importance in our life.Some people do not use the water in the life of more quantity.But we should be drink the water in more quantity because it is the best way for the weight loss and fat loss.Water keep protect from the different stomach diseases and giving good energy and fitness...

    There are countless benefits of drinking water some of them i m discuss right now for example : lose of weight, natural remedy for headache, look younger with healthier skin, better productivity at work, better exercise ,helps in digestion and constipation,less cramps and sprains.

    Well I think water is the most important thing of world.Without it life is not possible. It is also most essential thing for our health.Minimum 6 to 8 glass water daily necessary for good health.It has numerous benefits for our health and fitness.It regulates diet and keeps steady flow of blood.It is good for losing weight.It prevents body from many diseases of heart,skin,kidneys and eyes.
