    Thumbs up The Best Advice for Health and Beauty....

    For Clear Smooth Skin and healthy human organs it is important to look after yourself properly.

    No Alcohol and No Smoking at all.

    If I told you that you may look after your skin more than your own heart would you believe me? You can see your own skin but you cannot see your own heart. How many reading this wants to have Clear Smooth Skin? Do you go out an buy expensive Face Creams to put on your face? Stop doing this and save money. Face creams do not do anything but clean the skin. This only makes the skin more prone to skin disorders like Acne, etc.

    Cut out the Junk Food and High Sugar Drinks.

    Exercise Strenuously everyday if possible.

    It all depends on yourself if You want to be Healthy. Stop relying on expensive treatments. Clear Smooth Skin is easily obtained by Natural Means.

    There is a link between eating Junk Food and getting Acne.
    Over Production of Sebum Oil is linked to the Hormone Testosterone.
    Natural ways of getting rid of Acne start with cutting out junk food and having a correct diet. Drinking lots of Filtered water reduces blocked pores. There are many more...
    Diet and Exercise are very important. If you can keep to a good diet and exercise regularly you are on your way to removing Acne.

    i agree, excess sugar breaks down skins elasticity, eventually causing the skin to start sagging and age prematurely. if you exercise on a daily basis and eat a healthy diet, your skin will reflect a youthful appearance. it'a all about wanting to make a change and being consistent.

    Diet and Exercise are very important. If you can keep to a good diet and exercise regularly you are on your way to removing Acne.
    And I thought you were going to tell us something we didn't know. A good diet and regular exercise will prevent a lot more than just acne. If you are concerned about acne then you should also be concerned about high cholesterol, high blood pressure and a million other things. Our bodies are not unbreakable machines though. Sometimes things happen even if we do what we can to look after ourselves.
