    Here are some skin care tips for you......

    1) Your skin type is one of the most important skin care tip and be careful.
    2) Drink a lot of water.
    3) Cleanse your skin regularly as it can helps you to make skin good.
    4) Clean your skin gently, after all its your skin & you have to care for it.
    5) Always use moisturizer for your skin it will help you.

    -exfoliate 2-3 times a week
    - increase the amount of antioxidants you take in
    - avoid alcohol/smoking
    - do not overcook foods (kills valuable nutrients that help your skin)
    - put together a daily plan and STICK WITH IT
