    The best way to shed body weight and to keep the body weight off is to adhere to the advice i formerly provided, preferably you want to consume enough the water a day to sustain your health inside and out but never substitute food for the water as in the long run you will do yourself more damage.....

    Water is the best source for get energy because without of the water we cant alive on this world.Water is so good for the health and reduce the extra fat of the body.It is the best way for cure the stomach diseases....

    Water helps keep you hydrated. drink a plenty of water every day it is very important for the growth of body cells. Drinking water helps to lose weight, remove acne, keeps you young, improve bones and muscles, reduce joints pain and prevent from many disease like heart attack,cancer an diabetes.

    We should be drink the water in more quantity because it is the best way for fitness of the body and health.Without of the water we cant alive in this world.water is so good for cure the different stomach disease and reduce the extra body weight and fat.

    I think drinking water can loss our fat. it is very cheapest way to loss fat. when we drinking lots of water then our liver can burn fat in easily.

    Because it makes you feel full, therefore you will less apt to eat and also helps rid our body of toxins and a great choice for hydration as it is calorie and caffeine free.

    yes am agree with you actually water is finish the most diseases but some time its over use bad for the health so its use on a limits or a ratio,,,
