    I summer season you make a habbit to drink lots of water because it hyderates our body and give instant energy to us.

    yes it true drinking more help to loss weight. If the person have over weight problem then drink one cup of water in early morning after wake up which will good thing to reduce weight.

    True, It will definately help you as our body contains almost 70% of water and more you drink more it will give you benefits.

    You can drink warm water with a few drops of lemon it will help you.

    Water needs while losing weight , when burning calories creates toxins and water is playing important role for flushing them out, that means water is very essential for loosing weight

    In my experience drinking a lot of water helps in losing weight. It's also healthy because it helps in flushing out toxins in our body.

    water fill your stomach and you don't feel hunger.
    water also eliminate all the toxins in your body.
    it is also good for skin.
