Best energy drink: LIFT OFF!!!! By Far! Also has vitamin b6 & b12, 0Calories, 9 Sugars, no crash & burn, and also has 85 mg caffeine. Its a dissolvable tablet you put into water or whatever, I personally put it in with my Herbal green tea, which gives me DOUBLE the energy..who wouldn't with 160mg of caffeine tho!!! : /

If you eat properly and stay away from processed foods you will not need to have an energy drink. Eat whole foods and you will have lots of energy.

I'm bit concerned about it. Actually, artificially manufactured energy drinks and
liquids contain some ingredients that are not good for body and bones as far
as long term fitness concerned. Do you agree with me?

yes coleman, i do agree.there are vitamins in those energy drinks but it is the caffeine that gives the boost of energy. caffeine isn't bad if you use your head. everything in moderation. also there are processed stuff in the energy drinks that are mentioned in inactive ingredients. everything in moderation.

Energy drinks are also beverages whose producers advertise that they boost more energy. These advertisements mostly do not emphasize this energy derived from the sugar and caffeine they contain but rather increased this energy release due to a variety of stimulants and vitamins for human.

Energy drinks are much beneficiary to the body especially for those who wanna to keep the body slim and smart in order to reduce the weight as well to fulfill the deficiency of the energy which is lost during taking the workout so such energy drinks give the very positive response.

I'm bit involved about it. Actually, synthetically produced energy beverages and liquids contain some substances that are not good for body and bone fragments as far as long lasting physical fitness and health involved.

The best thing I've done to increase my energy is change my diet and cut out sugar and eat more fruit and veg.. These energy drinks have a lot of sugar, caffeine and chemicals in them. the caffeine acts as a diuretic and the amount of caffeine is much higher than in a normal cup of coffee.
