Default prickly heat like red spots on my face

I have prickly heat like red spots on my face which look really ugly. Applying sunscreen and avoiding direct sunlight also hasn't helped. Can you suggest remedies?

Prickly heat like lesions could be a type of acne. Sun block may not help in this condition. An appropriate solution can be given only after proper diagnosis. I suggest you first consult a dermatologist.

yea consult a dermatologist before you use any creams as it may more harm your skin.

There is some good advice lol.

A lot of the over the counter treatments can actually do more harm than good if you're not careful.

A dermatologist would know more about your skin then anyone else, so consulting one would be your best bet.
