It sounds funny but milk of magnesium should help, people with oily skin use it as a primer!

For oily skin and to prevent makeup from sweating off I would avoid using any heavy foundations or concealers. Instead opt for moisturizers and creams that have a slight colour to them which will give your face a great look and will stay on your face much longer.

Maybe you should use a lighter foundation. Heavier foundations clog pores and cause an access release of sebum (the skin's natural oils). You can try substituting foundations for tinted moisturizers or bb creams that will stay on your face for a good portion of the day and won't look greasy or oily.

Best way is to carry a stainless steel water bottle with you and sip frequently.
    Cool off before application.
Apply oil free primer before putting on your foundation, but after your moisturizer.
Liquid eyeliners also last longer and use waterproof Mascara
Also consider a light BB cream or foundation, and apply a bit of bronzer to the cheeks, nose, and chin.
