    Exclamation Wearing helmets

    Hi guys,

I am working in marketing field and my work is to move around the city every day in bike. I used to wear helmet often. Now a day I started losing my hair.

How to prevent hair loss because of this helmet??? Please suggest some good idea.

yup might be constant rubbing with helmets could cause traction alopecia.you can wear a soft cottom cloth before wearing a helmet.Well if its a serious condition getting suggestion from hair specialist might be the better option.

Some of the new helmets are using some new kind of material that addresses this problem. Maybe you might want to buy one of the new ones?

Yes, you will have hair loss if you are wearing helmet regularly AND not taking good care of your hair...
A few of my friends have got the same problem....
They lost a little of their hair on the front, but now that they take good care of it its under control.
It all depends upon your hair type, if your hair thick there isn't much of a problem & the other way around is not good.
Take good care of your hair, its adds a lots to your beauty..

before wearing a helmet put a soft cloth on ur head and wear so that ur hair will not directly effect, this would solve a little

and never wear a helmet on wet hair. You should oil or protein serum before putting on the helmet.
