    Default Shampoo and Body Wash?

Does anyone have any suggestions of good shampoos and body washes to use? I haven't really had to deal with using a specific shampoo before. My scalp has never really been affected by eczema too much until recently, so I have no idea what products to look for. I'm not looking forward to switching shampoos. There are very few out there that my hair likes. I have used Garnier Fructis for a long time. Most shampoos leave my hair frizzy and feeling dry. Suggestions?

Would a baby shampoo work well for you? Or baby lotion?

Hi Alex. Have you tried to consult an expert? Most probably if you are experiencing eczema or ACD which is possible, it will be better to check the substances that a shampoo and body wash contains because without proper prescription it might trigger the skin condition that you have. You can check other natural ways like organic shampoo and body wash that are proven and safe. Try to check, they offer natural solutions in treating skin condition. I hope it will help you.

Baby shampoo is the best because it contains less chemicals + Argan oil soaps are really good.
