    Default Lip Wrinkle Treatment

Take 1/4 really ripe papaya or 1/4 cup papaya juice
Mash the Papaya into a mushy pulp.

You may need to lie down on this if you are using the juice. Apply the papaya mush to your lips and the area around it.
If using the juice, take a cotton ball or swab and dab the area around your lips. Let it set for about 10 minutes then follow with a facial exfoliation treatment.
    Rinse with cool water.

That's weird, I remember replying to this thread already or maybe I just looked at it! Anyway, do you know if eating papaya will help? All I know is that papaya fruit is rich in AHA which can help to lighten the skin, but I didn't know it can also act as a wrinkle eraser.

To be honest, I don't know if eating the papayas would help as much. The only reason I think that it wouldn't help would be that the 10 minute waiting time it requires to be around the lip area.

Great idea! I am always eating ripe papaya but never thought that it's used in treating lip wrinkle.

Yes, you are right. Papaya, as well as pineapple, are all great wrinkle reducing foods you can apply directly to your skin. Anohter one would be egg whites. :O)

I agree. It's important to apply them to the skin. If eating them were the correct technique, people would be eating them nonstop.

Another remedy you can use from your refrigerator is guacamole. My experience shows it has a similar effect to the papaya.

Using high quality creams is one method that works for getting rid of lip wrinkles. Using creams and lotions which contain alpha-hydroxy acids or AHAs are considered very effective. Alpha-hydroxy acids are derived from fruit, sugar cane, and milk. They are helpful because they encourage sweeping away any dead skin cells the surface of the skin. They are considered to be so effective because AHA's stimulate the regeneration of collagen. Collagen fills in and plumps up any wrinkles, thus making them less noticeable. Collagen is especially helpful because it counteracts any free radicals that may be residing in your system, waiting to potentially damage your skin.

While creams or lotions containing AHAs are very effective treatments for getting rid of lip wrinkles, you must use with care. Alpha-hydroxy acids can sometimes cause some peoples skin to become irritated due to an allergic reaction. It is simple to determine if you are allergic or not. Simply do a skin test. Apply a little bit of the product on a small patch of skin. If the area of skin does not become irritated or red by the following day, the product is likely safe for you to use.

You should always exfoliate your skin regularly. Twice a week exfoliation will aid in the elimination of dead skin cells. The benefits of exfoliation is two fold; the skin takes on a very smooth appearance while allowing new cells that are healthy to replace the old, dead cells. In addition, the skin will more readily absorb the chosen therapeutic cream. It will easily absorb the moisturizer which leaves your skin properly hydrated.

While sunlight has many health and emotional benefits, it is not good for your skin. Take measures to limit the amount of time that you expose your skin to natural sunlight. Prolonged exposure to the suns damaging rays will cause damage to your skin cells and will quickly deteriorate the collagen. Collagen is important because it helps support the skin. When collagen is depleted the skin becomes droopy..forming a wrinkle. It is advisable to avoid sunbathing if you are trying to avoid or get rid of lip wrinkles.

Some lifestyle changes, incorporated slowly, and the regular use of good quality products can assist with your search for a treatment for getting rid of lip wrinkles. Many natural ingredients can be combined, resulting in highly effective skin treatments. Try mixing a ripe banana and some honey together and apply to your skin for 10 minutes. It will begin to firm up rather quickly. You will not be able to move your face if you leave it on much longer than 10 minutes.

Slowing the gradual deterioration of the skin and getting rid of lip wrinkles is not only possible, but relatively simple as well.
