    Default The way I lost my weight

    Below is what has helped me to lose weight.

    No sugar. (I use honey or fructose to sweeten things)
    Drink pure chimp super tea. I canít stand green tea so this stuff has been great for me.
    Swap white for brown (bread, rice, pasta etc).
    Exercise at least 3 times a week

    I feel great and have a lot more energy following this regime.

    To speed up the metabolism even better but there is often little,, while drinking lots of water. And to practice many times to spend more calories than received food (mathematics). Enough sleep to recover from workouts.

    I would add some other tip for decreasing weight.
    - Exercise is one of the best way that helps to lose weight.
    - Skip fast food
    - Cut down sugar and salt
    - Avoid wine and smoking
    - Do yoga

    I do drink green tea daily. It helps to reduce weight as well as lower the risk of becoming fatty.

    green tea and lemon grass tea without sugar is indeed very helpful in weight reduction.
