    Best way to reduce weight is follow a proper diet chart and take green tea .Avoid sugar or soft drinks .

    Great tips! I would also add drinking lots of water and eating every 3 hours. But still I didn't lose fat at my hips the way I wanted to and decided to undergo CoolSculpting.

    Good tips thanks for sharing !Losing weight has not been easy even for me, we always want fast results. My way to lose weight is this: I changed my diet, I eat healthy meals everyday and on fixed times every meal, I eat dinner early at 6pm.

    Eat less, make a routine of exercise if you cannot give more time to exercise than maximum 15 minutes daily do exercise. Live be active and avoid from fast foods and oily food. Use vegetables in your meal and green tea. Green tea is not just good for your health even for your skin. It makes your skin glowing. So due to a small routine of life you cannot be fatty.
