    Best way to reduce weight is follow a proper diet chart and take green tea .Avoid sugar or soft drinks .

    Great tips! I would also add drinking lots of water and eating every 3 hours. But still I didn't lose fat at my hips the way I wanted to and decided to undergo CoolSculpting.
