Default have no red skin/red cheeks for me

I used to always get red cheeks. I still get it from time to time but my new regime has helped to make these occasions rare.

    Drink green tea
Use purechimp super face combo 2
I also kept a diary to see what triggered my skin redness & then tried to avoid these things. (I know its a pain but once you have done it you may find a way to reduce redness in your skin for the rest of your life).
Sugar way a big trigger for me personally.

Hi there, This is just the same problem with my brother and its difficult for them to maintain and track record for all these stuff and taking proper care of there skin. He have same problem with skin redness and where ever he goes, its difficult for him to ensure that dirt or any environmental wear and tear do not affect my skin. So he have decided to grow beards for the protection of his skin. Its better to have a beard rather than skin redness but now he started enjoying beard growth. Every one have there own choices to protect there face then why bot beard growth.
