aloe plant skin

can i use aloe(the leafs of the plant that i have in my garden) as a beard moisturizer or to fight acne and acne scars although i have a long big beard???will it have any effect?if yes how often can i use it?is it safe to use the juice from the leaf?

Pure aloevera seems excellent source of moisturizer for hair and beard.i think its great acne moisturizer coz of non-comedogenic nature. As long as scars are concerned there do not seem to have great role over it.
