    Default Stick to Basic Skin Care and Live Life with the Summers

    No matter what sought of season you have in your area, until and unless you have certain problems related to your skin you should stick to the basic knowledge for how to keep your skin natural and glowing.Some of the faces have very high nice features in them which do not require any kind of accessories to be applied on to their faces, it is understandable that people with dark skin tend to go for using lots of products for their whole body, especially their face and end up destroying their face even more than ever.
    But those natural beautiful faces are the most lookout for those products that they think are going to provide more beauty to their personality.

    The BASIC not so complicated tips for your skin;

    Maintaining a healthy diet, first and foremost drinking lots of water in summer that keeps your skin hydrated and eating lots of fresh vegetables and fruits like bitter gourd, spinach, cucumber, watermelons, oranges, cherries, plum.

    Feet wear, wear an open sandal that keeps your feet dry and gives them a chance to breathe, apply a lightweight moisturiser as your feet are subject to sunburn.

    Sun Protection,SPF 30 recommended for the Indian skin types this can be be applied even while you are indoors , but apply the sun screen 20 to 30 minutes before stepping out.

    On cleansing, toning, moisturising, Keeping your skin acne free, use a cleanser that contains salicylic acid and helps reduce acne and prevent future breakouts, as acne in summers are most nightmarish issues for the skin.

    Exfoliate, they remove old, dry, dead skin cells, toxins and other deposits and allow new skin cells to surface, by rubbing a slice of lemon with sugar every alternate day to keep them clean and also scrub your elbows and knees at least twice a week to get rid of dead tissues.

    As the above recommended by various experts it does turn out fruitful without heading for any of the complicated products that hamper your skin more.

    Great Tips on skincare in summer. I would like to add more on this topic which i read.

    1.Wash your face with a gentle face wash twice a day to clean off any dirt from the skin.This is important to do even if you’ve been outside or at home all day! In summer months, your skin tends to get icky and sticky even when you have been indoors for a while due to the humidity.
    2. Cleansing and moisturizing before sleeping is an absolute must.
    3. Stick with drinking water or fresh fruit juices or the best summer cooler – naariyal paani to stay hydrated. Drinking a lot of water (15-20 glasses a day) and liquids will help the skin stay soft, hydrated and moisturized as well.
    4. Load on the SPF – The sun is at it’s peak between 11 am and 3 pm. Try staying indoors at that time as it can have an adverse effect on your skin.

    I agree with everything you have said. Definitely agree with washing your face twice a day to remove the dirt and oils if you're outside a lot!
