Hey !! You don't have to worry about it at all, all you need is a healthy diet and avoid oily food. When I get pimples I use a home remedy, I simply apply toothpaste on the pimple & leave it over night. Might sound funny but it works for my skin, give it a try.

For pimples I recommend a small percentage (1-3%) of salicylic acid . Just dab on before bed and in the morning the pimple is almost gone. For multiple breakouts I would suggest a benzoyl peroxide wash. Good luck!

if you want to get rid of them permanently then you might consider going under a cosmetic treatment for it .... I will surely make pimples disappear and your skin will look more smooth then ever before . I will recommend you to go for it , i had it in 2013 and i got amazing results ...
