The following food items are considered to be the causative of Rosacea;
1. chocolate.
2. citrus fruits, including tomatoes, bananas, red plums, raisins, or figs.
3. dairy such as yogurt and cheese.
4. aubergines, avocados, spinach.
5. some beans and pods, including lima, navy or peas.
6. soy sauce.
7. yeast extract.
