Welcome to DermaTlk, Are you sure its genital wart? because there are several other disease that resembles like genital warts. There are several treatment available from chemical cautery to lasers which can get rid of genital warts. Topical meds containing podophyllotoxin and Imiquimod is available in market that can be applied directly to wart. Its better you visit the dermatologist for treatment.
I had facial wart , applied tretinoin as suggested by doctor and its gone. you can try tretinoin, but be warned not to over apply.
