if i look for the ease and dirt removal then i prefer good body wash otherwise good soaps having effective ingredients are also good.
apply some good hair oils effective to control hair lose like Amla Oil etc
yes baking soda is good and effective option but avoid smoking as well. teeth twice a day with some good paste.

yes, i have used coconut oil for 2-3 years and i must say results was excellent. it gave perfect shape to your hair with perfect shine and balance to the hairs.
i take vitamins in my daily food types. like eating eggs, meat and fruits as well. all these any many other daily intakes give enough vitamins to me.

i think it depends on which type of soap you are using and does its ingredients may damage hairs or effect head skin.
I think organic soap having Peppermint is really good for relieving muscle aches and any type of stress.
