Acne is difficult to treat.. you should atleast take 3-4 months of treatment and maintenance treatments with topical gels .. what medicatins did u take..
it takes time to fade.. 2-3 months but if you are worried start applying scar gels like mederma gel.. that will help speeding up the scar recovery.

Looks like folliculitis to me..nothing to worry about.. you can apply antibiotics steroid combination creams and take some antibiotics..and antihistamines for itching.

well looks like Rosacea to me. you may need to avoid the factors that worsen and apply some topical medications to decrease the redness. Its better you get dermatologist prescribe you medications as...
Since when are you having it.. is it on both sides? does it itch, burn or any other problem.. what you do..? heat or cold exposure.?
Why are u on isotretioin ... take plenty of water and apply moisturizer on scrotum.. you may take pregabalin for burning sensation ..
Doesn't look like fungal infection to me.. put some steroid it will go away.. do u have any other rashes on body?
