Smoking cigarettes causes the constriction of the blood vessels which in turn reduces blood supply (to the skin) resulting in reduction in the availability of oxygen and the removal of waste products, dead cell fragments etc… So avoid smoking ..

I disagree with washing your face thrice a day. I think twice a day is the best number of times. When you keep washing your face, you strip off a layer of your skin thereby making it dry. Instead of washing your face during the day, you might consider using a refreshing spritzer to cool your face or oil blotter sheets to remove excess oil and dust.

Default the magic of a cucumber

Have you tried eating one cucumber (normal size) a day?
It is not only good for your skin but also good as a low calorie snack.

In less than one month, you should see an improvement (a great improvement) in your "facial" skin.

Especially if you have acne problems, this should be on your "must do" list.
