Studies show that people who sleep between 7 hr. and 7.5 hr. a night, as they report, live the longest. And people who sleep 8.5 hr. or more, or less than 6. hr., they don't live quite as long.

I try to sleep for at least 6 hours, but it's not enough for me. I have a small child and he is very restless and doesn't sleep well. My doctor even prescribed me pills for lack of sleep. I'm taking it now. It helps me not to go crazy and act effectively. I try to sleep during the day, but this is not enough. My husband works a lot and can't help me with this.

Recently, I began to sleep even worse. Now I sleep 5-6 hours a day. It's very stuffy at home, it's hard for me to fall asleep. How do you cope with the stuffy and hot in the bedroom?

Recently I have been sleeping very badly. I go to bed at 11 pm, but I fall asleep only 3-4 hours of the night. It seems to me that I cann't stand the heat, but since my son is sleeping with me, I cann't use the air conditioner. My friends advised me to choose a more comfortable bedding for the heat and try to use a fan. It seems to me that this should help to fall asleep earlier. I also want to change the mattress that is too hot in the summer and buy a blanket that can be used in the summer (I can't sleep without a blanket at all).

I have nearly 6 hours for sleeping lately, but I've found out some time ago that 9 hours are perfect for me.
