    Here are few tips to prevent hair loss:
    • Avoid too much styling experiment with hair. Coloring or perming your hair often can damage it. It is advisable not to perm and color hair the same day.


    • Too much blow drying or hot curling can damage yourhair. Also, do not pull your hair. Pulling hair put strain on the follicle and this may result in permanent damage and the follicle no longer being able to grow again.


    • Avoid combing or brushing wet hair as they are more fragile when wet.


    • Identify the right shampoo for your hair. Every shampoo has scientific value. To get the most for your money match it up to your hair type.


    • Always wear a bathing cap while swimming and shampoo your hair immediately afterwards.

    what if I don't have any cap? Is is possible to get bald or hair fall?

    Internal: Drink enough water, if you feel weak take vitamins or eat a lot of fruits&vegetables...
    External: Home made masks (with the yolk from an egg or two, some olive oil, a little bit of castor oil and some honey), massage your scalp with red pepper tincture...

    I use a combination of coconut oil, caster oil, honey and lemon juice. At times I even add the white of an egg. I perticularly take care to include a spa each month and rinse my tresses with tea leaves soaked in warm water after each wash. This gives a natuural shine to my hair and also prevents hair fall.

    Just don't forget to drink as much water so that your hair would be nourished. Once the body looses water, the scalp dries up and the hair becomes dull.

    The major reason that hair on the scalp thrives more lavishly than on other Shampoo and proteins is the eye of a better thing, is not the answer to your hair. They make the hair softer and more often due to fill temporarily the gaps in the hair shaft. However, the repair of damaged hair, as poor management of hair loss or for other reasons, still are. Shampoo does not increase the amount of hair, either. Try using herbal products to avoid chemicals. They can damage your hair.
