That sounds horrible. I'm sorry.
I think if you can't find a commercial product that helps (even one formulated for eczema prone skin) you could try using an oil around the eye area before you go to bed. There are tons of oils that are great for skin; grapeseed, borage seed, hemp, what you like.
Or you could try DIY, but that's not ideal for everyone. Let us know if you find anything that works for you.
