It has been proven that laughing make you live healthier and longer. I wont mind if I have wrinkles but I'm healthier and will live longer. In order to avoid wrinkling and aging of skin, use some good sunscreen and regular moisturizers.

I would rather grow old happy and full of wrinkles than miserable with perfect skin. Wrinkles are a part of growing old and although some people will be able to keep them at bay longer, they will eventually come. Sunscreen and a good skincare routine from a young age will help.

Facial movement and the like does cause wrinkles over time, but the other benefits of laughter outweigh it. Besides--if you take good care of your skin, it's much less of a complication.

It's one thing to want to look good, but if you get SO obsessive over your looks that it interferes with something as natural and beautiful as laughter....that's when you need to reevaluate your priorities. *firm nod*
