Light redness with small bumps on chest

have you had blood work done for thyroid, or have you been to an internist to see if everything is working properly in your body? sometimes you need a couple of tests from a doctor other than derms. then all the notes are put together and they can come up with a diagnosis. i couldn't read the test results, i doubt if i would understand them anyway, but it doesn't hurt to go for a complete physical and blood work.

no, they did a biopsy but never drew any blood for a blood test...which i thought was weird...i thought theyd run a blood test too. To my knowledge they didnt do any thyroid test or anything. Could a thyroid problem cause those dots and redness on the chest?

Have you tried any medications, one of my friend had such lesion and doctor said it was cholesterol deposit. Get checked for cholesterol.

no, I havent had my cholesterol checked. I did have a thyroid test done just at the start of the week...all the results came back normal. it seems like its spreading SLOWLY....like it takes a year or 2 to notice a difference...btu its definitely spreading some.
