    Some tips are:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
    Apply sunscreen daily.
Exposure to chemicals such as bleach, hair coloring or other chemical solvents can create red skin on contact.
    Reduce your stress.

Redness of skin is very vague. Could you give more details as to where this occurs on the skin and anything else to help us give you suggestions like, is it made worse by anything?

You can use the concealer on the red areas of face to hide them. Always protect and cover your face in cold weather.Eat the hydrating foods such as brocoli, sweet potatoes and carrots.

Clinique also makes a Redness Solutions line of makeup that includes foundation, concealer, and powder. And, just like the skincare products, this makeup really works to tone down skin flare-ups. (Can you tell I’m addicted to this line?)

When it comes to applying foundation, I don’t recommend using your fingers, since they could have oils or other products on them that could irritate your skin. Also, make sure your foundation brush is clean! I just put a little bit of foundation onto an angled brush and apply it lightly to the reddest parts of my face first.

Next, I apply any powder, super lightly. I only put enough on to get rid of shininess. Putting on too much powder can clog your pores and irritate your skin even more!

I used to always get red cheeks. I still get it from time to time but my new regime has helped to make these occasions rare.

    Drink green tea
Use purechimp super face combo 2
I also kept a diary to see what triggered my skin redness & then tried to avoid these things. (I know its a pain but once you have done it you may find a way to reduce redness in your skin for the rest of your life).
Sugar way a big trigger for me personally.

Skin redness is an abnormal redness caused due to sun burn, hives, acne and drug etc. You can follow the tips like using the corrective concealer, wear a scarf when you face cold weather, wash well your face with water, eat hydrating food like carrot, sweet potato, broccoli, cucumber. Apply aloevera gel to your skin, drink more water, don't eat spicy food it will be harmful for your skin.

It is not about only redness of skin, it can be any serious skin issue. It would be better to see a doctor before using anything on it.
