    These all really helpful for anti-aging foods . We are what we eat. I am skin care expert from last many years and what I come to know, that nature is the healer itself. As we are made from nature .

    I have researched over it and come to know about some of the worst foods, that we don,t have to eat.

    Well I want to say that pure chimp super tea has anti-ageing properties.
    Besides they boost my metabolism and it helped me to lose some extra weight.

    Vitamin C is best for skin care , Vitamin c is only vitamin which can not be sustained in human body so you need to take it regularly. Amla is best source of vitamin C which helps to cure aging process
