Default Holistic approach to skin care

It breaks my heart to see ourselves chasing products and chemicals for a more beautiful us -- after these same manufacturers destroyed our self-image with unrealistic and unachievable Barbie and Hollywood ideals of what beautiful is. My message is simple, it's in the lifestyle of sense of confidence on yourself. For healthy body (skin, hair and over-all health), it's exercise, restful sleep, stress-free life, and sensible diet of fish, vege, nuts and fruits. You'll see this on people whom by Hollywood standards is not pretty but heck they have this presence and a poise.

That is something I would agree with. Lifestyle is important a lot. Living unhealthy and using all kinds of creams can't do as much as having heatly lifestyle as well.

I agree! A healthy lifestyle, proper eating, hydration, sleep, etc is crucial to skincare. I also use natural products for my skincare routine. I use coconut oil, ora's amazing herbal products, shea moisture products, and acv.
