Little Boob rash with pics

I have a friend (19 year old female) with a dry, flakey, red spot between her boobs, it's about thumb size. I told her I think it's a ringworm. She says it's been there for as long as she can remember...what you guys think?

Is that discoloration between the breasts? It looks kind of brown. Is there any other blemishes underneath the breasts? Can you post better pictures of the spot, maybe breasts spread apart more so I can see it up close. A little off topic but is that freckle/mole on top raised?

It is slightly discolored. There's nothing under them though. I don't have any close pics sorry. And the freckle is raised just slightly, but not higher than a dime. Thanks for the help.

not too sure what it is, it looks like a ringworm but than again it's too faint to tell. Has she visited the GP to check it out?
